Abstract

The concept of Human Trafficking appeared at the international level with the beginning of the twentieth century, and in this context, international conventions were concluded to prohibit exploitation and human trafficking. With the end of the twentieth century, the international community sought to clarify the concept of human trafficking in all its forms, and the study dealt with the phenomenon of human trafficking and its patterns and forms, as it is one of the most important sources of threat and challenge to Arab national security, as our Arab world faces many challenges The security of every Arab country is organically linked to Arab national security, because the dangers threatening the Arab countries are one, as one of the causes and motives of human trafficking in the Arab countries is the importance of what the geographical location of the Arab world represents, and the crime of human trafficking is one of the organized crimes that transcend national borders, threaten the security of societies, and violate human rights in general, especially for children and women. In particular, it has topped the attention of the international community, and expanded international and Arab efforts to combat this phenomenon, by criminalizing it at the international and Arab levels.
