Abstract
The study addressed the impact of creative leadership on human resources
management and aimed to determine the extent of the impact of creative leadership on
human talent management in health sector hospitals in Hafar Al-Batin. To achieve the
objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, using the
questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and a random sample of (135) individuals
was taken from the research community. The study reached a set of results, the most
important of which is that there is a role for creative leadership in the work
environment of hospitals in Hafar Al-Batin, and there is a set of factors that enhance
or hinder creative leadership within hospitals in Hafar Al-Batin, and there is a
statistically significant effect of creative leadership on human talent management in
terms of attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining competencies. The study
recommended the need to develop creative leadership skills among hospital
administrators by providing specialized training programs that promote innovative
thinking and encourage unconventional decision-making, thus supporting a healthy
work environment and developing the capabilities of talented employees.
