Abstract

Sustainable enterprise practices have ended up increasingly crucial for organizations, and the position of human resource management (HRM) in riding these tasks is gaining a reputation. This study explores how sustainable agencies undertake green human resource management (GHRM) practices to sell employee engagement and delight.
