Abstract
The study examined the impact of applying human resource development policies on the financial performance of the Egyptian Endowments Authority. It reached several results, most notably the acceptance of the first sub-hypothesis stating that there is a statistically significant relationship between the recruitment and appointment policy and the performance of employees at the Egyptian Endowments Authority. It also accepted the second sub-hypothesis stating that there is a statistically significant relationship between the training policy and the performance of employees at the Egyptian Endowments Authority. Additionally, it accepted the third sub-hypothesis stating that there is a statistically significant relationship between the incentives policy and the performance of employees at the Egyptian Endowments Authority. The study also presented several recommendations, the most important of which is: It is recommended to strengthen the recruitment and appointment policy in the Egyptian Endowments Authority by developing more accurate and transparent selection criteria, which contributes to attracting the appropriate competencies. A periodic evaluation of the effectiveness of these policies and their impact on employee performance should also be conducted. It is recommended to strengthen training and professional development programs for employees in the Egyptian Endowments Authority. These programs should include new skills that are in line with current and future work needs, while providing opportunities for practical training and guidance by experts in the field. It is recommended to develop a comprehensive and flexible incentive policy that is commensurate with the performance of employees in the Egyptian Endowments Authority. This policy should include financial and non-financial rewards, in addition to appreciating the efforts made, which enhances employee motivation and increases the level of overall performance.
